FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I become a member?

You must own and maintain a vintage style hot rod and or motorcycle and be voted into the club by the current membership.

What do the San Diego Outlaws require of their membership?

The most important thing to a San Diego Outlaw is his vintage customized motorcycle or hot rod.  Every Outlaw is expected to keep his vehicle in road worthy condition.  There are once a year club dues, members are required to attend club activates, promote the positive enjoyment of hot rodding, motorcycle riding, brotherhood, and have a good time.

Sometimes I see other ‘Outlaw’ clubs in the news in trouble.

There is often a price to be paid for freedom.  Club members are expected to obey state, local, and federal laws.  Sometimes things happen.  What you read 99% of the time isn’t the full story and is written by people who dislike motorcycles, hot rods, and the kulture of expression that surrounds the lifestyle.

Do I have to act a certain way to become a member?

No. Be yourself and you either fit in or you don’t.
